    Just saw this again. Never did fish it. But after seeing it again I will...
    What go you guys think this is?
    It looks like rock outcrop or small bluff off the channel to me... Terry

    ITS A WASH OUT OR SMALL CREEK OR DITCH ,IT DROPS DEEPER AND HAS A SOFTER BOTTOM THAN THE SURROUNDING

    OH ,IT ALSO DO HAVE ROCK THAT STICK UP AND ON OTHER SIDE A HARD BOTTOM ALSO ON EDGE OF DROP OFF

    Kinda looks like it could be an old road bed that ends with the remnants of an old bridge piling ..... is there anything on the other side of the channel that looks like it could be the other end of a bridge? Whatever it is is pretty tall.

    I'm going with stump and root wad on a creek channel. It appears that the bank has eroded from under the root wad.
