Pete, how does the water look? Still muddy or are the lakes clearing up. I am headed to either Hickory or Cherokee in tn this weekend. Great catch by the way. If my wife got in that many stripers, I would never get her off the water.

They changed the limit in August. That report makes a fellow want to trying fishing again. I sure miss it.

There's only one lake like that on the Yadkin chain....

lets face it, 75% of the members on this forum lurk only for hot,fish here, fish now info. Looking at your profile, youve been a member since 2008, and have only 21posts. You report on every trip you make?? do you check the site and plan on how and where to fish? highly likely.

Does Yadkin Guide report after every trip?? NO. Does he use the forum to see whats hot where?? he probably doesnt need to, but it does not hurt right??

leadcore is not a must have. its just a separate style of fishing. Eliminates the need of getting bait, needing to take care of the bait, worry if a baitshop has bait in stock, worrying about if i am able to catch bait,ect ect.

Its fun, its a lot of work, and for me, its the only way ill fish in the fall/winter.
I think i have converted at least a half dozen live baiters to trollers by now....the same half dozen that laughed saying "you wont catch anything pulling that crap."
