    Default Caught 15 kept 7 Lakeland Report


    Did some longlining this morning, was doing OK til the wind came up about 8. Was using 7 rods fighting the wind in my tin boat ,and using a hand controlled trolling motor. Keeps an old man on his toes.

    Water temp was 72 to start, caught a few at 6', jigs tipped with minners. Got a 14", 13" and some 11 and 12's.

    A 14 incher is a nice fish - your into the 1 1/2 bracket...............
