I am going to come out and make a very PUBLIC STATEMENT about this event!

First off drove down there with the wife! Was treated like family! Had a very wonderful time.

I AM ADMITTING AT AGE 55 THAT I HAVE SCREWED UP CRAPPIE ALL OF MY LIFE UP TO THIS POINT BY COOKING THEM WRONG!

I HAVE SEE THE LIGHT, BEAGLEMAN SHOWED ME THE CORRECT WAY TO COOK CRAPPIE!

Plus the old fart is darned good at cooking everything else too~! Folks you sure missed the best bunch of darned smoked ribs and chicken this old country boy has ever eaten!!!!! And the Crappie were to die for!

Thank you Michael for the invite, the good time, and for some of the best food the wife and I have ever ate!

Word's gotten out, Michael. Looks like Hogster's gonna be putting you to work next Crappie Camp!
