    Yea, it is worth going get one for the waterproof paper. I may go down to the headquarters and buy a lifetime for $50 and be done with it.

    I did the paper one and laminated it with my wife's license on the back side. I do like old plastic paper better.

    As me and my fishing buddies became eligible for Lifetime licences, we would make a day of going to Baton Rouge, getting our licenses and find a good place to eat. A good excuse as any to get together and celebrate a minor milestone…BC

    I noticed that too...bought my daughters boyfriend one online before we went to Claiborne Sunday..I was going to go ahead and get mine but thats the reason I decided to just go and get it at Wally World. I like the plastic paper ones.. I need to mail in all my Disabled Veterans paperwork and get the free one.. but for only $9.50 Its no big deal....But I WILL do it for the hunting license this year.

    Just save the file to your phone. I keep a copy of all my licenses in a folder in documents on my phone just in case.

    Thats a good idea....but for some reason my phone battery is always "dead" when im fishing...
