My mother made those with blackberries as well as peaches. I think my favorite was the blackberry (no seeds please).

I'm glad you mentioned that. She had this gizmo that you processed the blackberries or tomatoes thru and it separated the good stuff from the seeds. I now have it somewhere and had forgotten about it. Ima try and find it and use it this spring. Thx

How about posting a picture of that "gizmo" when you find it. I can remember something like that, but can't picture it. I need one.

It s like this, seeds come out the end, good stuff out the side.
