BD congrats on the great finish! We were fishing right outside the coffee weeds on Saturday right by you guys. We had a couple of good fish, but nothing like you guys had. I wish I had been right up in the weeds like you guys were. Again congrats and best of luck on the lil one!

Thanks. If u were in the white boat that came up a few hundred yards in front of us and fished the small point of weeds I figured u would have caught them. I actually started on that point single poling and then I decided to go to the downwind side and push through with multiple poles. I intended on going to where u were but I found fish in a very small area and spent the day there. It was a very tough strategy with the wind blowing so hard and the amount of structure. We broke off 20 plus times, broke 2 rods, and broke one of the holders on the high tec. Mostly due to catfish and gar. It was intense fishing all day.

Ok yea. When I spoke to y'all I was actually making my way to the downwind side. Y'all were within 15 yards of honey hole at one point!
