This range might be to far for you but there is one in Urbana called "High Caliber" it's an indoor range.

Nope, they don't. If you know someone who is a member, they can take you a couple of times as a guest. Fees to become a member are not that bad, $40 for the year. Pretty good gun club. However you may want to wait, received an email recently that they are going to be closed on an intermittent basis due to building a new clubhouse.

Thanks a lot for the info. I might have to join. I live in Decatur and have a place at Findlay. Being semi-retired, I spend a lot of time through the week down there fishing and would like to shoot some as well. I'd rather shoot outside as I don't like the atmosphere of the indoor ranges as well. Thanks again.

Yep, I'm looking for the Shelby area as I spend 3-5 days a week there. Thanks for the info

If you wait until Windsor Harvast Picnic, then you can sign up at their booth for the rest of the year for $20. The picnic is August 21-24.
