Well I will tell you guys, that if the boat looks as good as it does in pictures and runs good, it will be the nicest boat I have ever owned and the largest motor. I am just a little concerned how the fuel consumption will be with it having a 42 gallon tank. I dont know if I can afford to fill it up LOL

Keep in mind that it was built and had a 2 stroke on it at the time, doubt fuel will be an issue and once you fish out of it you wont care anyway..

Larry, my Ranger holds 52 gallons. I don't fill it up all at once. Lol. When one of the tanks gets about 1/2 to 3/4 down, I fill it back up and switch to the other tank.

Hey I totally get the waiting part! We drove almost 13 hours one way to pick ours up!
What can I say John? He's not as good a driver as me!

Ours only has one tank but it holds 48 gal. The one and only time we let it get empty, it was almost 200 bucks to fill up.
