Lurecraft sells super floating bubbles that you can add to your plastic to make baits float and i think they sell some floating plastic to.
the super floating bubbles take some experimenting to get it right and changes the colors of your baits a little also make sure to wear a good respirator when using the floating bubbles

Got some stuff from Bob and also went to Bass Pro Shop in Leeds Alabama which is 20 miles away. Played around with both materials and now I have the look I wanted of just a tube moving in the water on a Carolina Rig. I took this photo in the aquarium. Will take the concept to the lakes in South Carolina next week. Thank you everyone for your input.

They are hiding the #2hooks quite well. When they inhale this puppy they are sure to get some metal too. Looks like it is just floating and undulating in the water. Very enticing ....better movement than when the tube was impaled on the floating jigheads. I like the presentation.

Would be great for the top hook of a double minnow rig C&C style. You could stay motionless and give tube great action. Escpecially tipped with a minnow.
Fishing is like pizza.......Even when it's not that good, it's still pretty good!
