Your best bet is gonna be the internet. Craigslist for the trailer and I suggest Ebay for all other equipment you may need. I've redone a couple boats over the last few years and you may be surprised at the cost savings you can find online for new OEM equipment vs the box store or marine shop price.

Ok. Found new Yamaha controls, carpet and cables online. Way cheaper than marine store. Got new trailer Jack and winch and lights from Moores in Pontotoc . Will get outdoor carpet glue from hardware store. Have saved a ton of money! Plus I got all my small stuff like switches and rollers and fuel lines on Amazon using my Prime account. All free shipping.
Get a contact glue for that carpet, just be sure you are ready when you put it down.

Ok thanks John. The guys I ordered from told me they use contact cement. But warned me to be sure I had carpet pre-fitted or it'd be tuff to get it back up. Lol. I will probly use it.
