    Thanks everyone, I appreciate that!

Jack they can be either hook size and I mostly make 1/32 and 1/16 as they are best sizes for how I make them.

Sorry, but like Ship said it wouldn't be a secret if I told what to use and how. The entire thing is something I work on for a few months and was on the phone a lot with Mfg. companies talking about their product and what I could do with them. So much was just phone time trying to figure out how to get what it wanted. Most Mfg's either couldn't or wouldn't actually tell me if their product would work like I wanted or not.
needless to say I have been very happy with how they came out some 10 years ago when I started this.

Also I lit these up with one of the high end UV lights as they work better and faster than just a light. They work really well with any bright light, but that UV takes it as bright as it can get in just a few seconds. I have used everything from the UV light to spot lights to charge them. However one of the best parts about these is they work just as well in the day time. I mean once you get 8' to 10' down it's dark as all get out anyway, but you can clearly see these glow well even not in total darkness! On a sunny day the sun will charge them every time you bring it in!

Looks great! Maybe 2 or 3 strands of glow synthetic fiber used like krystal flash would look good too. Might brighten up the tails a little.

Don't think it could hurt, give it a try, but I can tell you I have bought a lot of different glow materials and when compared to this they just don't have the brightness or how long they glow well. Still would think any could benefit some? One thing I tried and just didn't like was the Glow Flash materials sold on spools. Its kind of stiff and not very bright.
