    The weather is starting to warm up and I just don't handle the heat as well as I once did. We may take a day trip or maybe a weekend in the next week or 2 but not really planning on it...I heard a "Story" about where and how the white squirrels came to be around the lower end of the lake but not sure if it is true or not...Either way, they are definitely different!

    Great report Tim!!! I wa going to ask you why you stop Crappie fishing after the spawn. The heat can be a pain in the summer months.

    That's one of the best post I've seen on any state forum way to go and way to catch the big ones. I hope to get down to Fla. Next winter and fish some of those lakes. I just retired and I am looking forward to it.

    Go to Ingrams at Talquin, there are 2 or 3 around. only ones I ever seed. Happy Easter & remember the reason.

    Great post! I have never seen a white squirrel. ANOTHER reason I've GOT to go fishing more!
