They will be, the ones around the SRA San Miguel campground where your camper is at where I fished haven't spawned yet - your same areas will work. Keep us posted. I'll be there again the third week of May.

The wind was crazy up there those two days. When my buddy and I bass fished the second day.. it was like speed fishing.. you would have 1 good cast at a spot and then maybe 3-4 pulls on your lizard / brush hog.. and by then the wind done blew you off the spot!

    Nice job on the feesh!!!!

I have not been either, but more to do with my knee, but would have gone a few more times if not for the wind. Did you happen to try 5' to 6' water depth? I think that is where most are being caught the last couple weeks.

I was just thinking about your knee yesterday Skip. Thought you were going to the doctor. I really appreciated you taking me out in your boat despite the cold north wind. I'll see you next month my friend.

Hey Skip, caught in 2 to 7 feet. Heavy grass. Heading back Wednesday. Still looking for the elusive white perch. From the looks of it, I should go to Henderson to try and catch a few. Maybe follow, PS or jigrig.
