Well I'm not the younger generation anymore, but I can tell you that the Contemporary service at Pulaski Heights is what keeps me coming back to church week after week. The music is what got me there in the 1st place, and now K-love has a preset on my radio.

The way see it, the music is the same as any other popular type music, only the words are different, and have a more powerful message.

Let me add just a little food for thought. There is only two types of music, whether it be Christian music or secular music (worldly music, such as most radio or T.V.).
One is Spiritual and will satisfy your soul (the Spirit which God will give you once you are saved) and music that will satisfy your flesh (the nature you are born with). As long as the music in our Churches Glorifies God I am O.K. with it. I like the old songs that tells the story of The Cross.
    Jer 6:16 "
Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls".
KJV Numbers 32:23 " be sure your sin will find you out."
