I have yet to see fish caught on any Lake that could match the numbers of fish caught when I was a kid at Toledo Bend and that Lake is still going strong. I fear the fish size will decrease with the new rules imposed on Toledo but time will tell. I know the bass regulations didn't pan out and I was against that from the beginning and now I hear talk of all the size limits being lifted. I can remember a 15 bass limit at one time and we sure had plenty of fish back then I haven't seen any improvement in the years since we went to a 10 fish limit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm just saying we are over regulated and over taxed wake up and smell the coffee and quit over analyzing everything, good enforcement is more important than the size of the limit itself.
