    this thread is about so much more than fishing.....addictions....catching fish.....it's a way to share what we go through on a day to day basis.......for the folks that fish more than 1x a week, you give me a trip that I would not have otherwise been able to go on.....when I read others posts,it's like I was there, and it gives me as well as others a sense of accomplishment in fishing that i have never had before.....so...you now see why i get so excited to catch ONE fish and i can not wait to show it to you guys...who i have learned so much from....

    You a good guy vet.....I bet before this summer is over you will be catching limits.......anyway, the way I have always looked at it is.....I have fun and enjoy myself everytime I go fishing I enjoy the company of a good friend, I enjoy the boat and being on the water, and I enjoy the beauty of being out in God's creation....If I catch fish , I consider that a bonus.
    I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

    Today was spent frying fish and french fries......some of the fish I actually caught....some given to me by some genuinely very nice people.....so as I cooked today I had time to reflect on the generosity of people...in todays world, this is difficult to find.....the fish was great...but not because I cooked em good, but because of how I got them......it was a beautiful day as well.....looking forward to the next time out....time to begin the next fry supply......

    ate leftover fried fish for lunch.........there is nothing better than fried fresh fish.....
