fe1...It would depend on how you are fishing..i.e. jigging, spider rigging, etc. I use several different size jig heads and hook sizes with the Pick Pocket.
I prefer the ROUND HEAD STAGGERED BARB COLLAR Sickle Hook Jigs in 1/16, 3/32, or 1/8 oz. when jigging but use the larger 3/16 or 1/4 oz. when spider rigging. Others may do it differently....So.....your mileage may vary.

What ever weight jigs you use now will work and have them made in a #1 or 1/0 hook. Bugman at Simply Crappie can make those for you also. I like to use a 1/8 oz or 3/16 oz when dipping trees depending on the wind.
Jamie that Silver Glitter/Chart is a killer combo up here on Truman in the stained water.

Nice stuff Jamie. Don't know if we'll thaw before June, might delay the spawn.

Personally I like 1/8 with a #2 when tightlining but will bump up a 3/16 like Jared sain in the wind and will go to a #1 hook when dippin in water where monsters live(Mississippi)....glad you like that color Jared it has worked well for me.

    Was thinkin bout july Tim...
